Thank you for facilitating the FOL last weekend. My understanding and practice of the MerKaBa prior to the workshop was completely wrong. In many ways, I now feel that any discussion or written material on activation of the MerKaBa should NOT be presented, unless it is within the context of a workshop. Program Content:

I did my meditation at night before sleep and when I went to bed and closed my eyes I saw the high speed energy sphere rotating around my body, pulsing where the star tetrahedrons would cross.
