Is it time for your Happy Dance? This month's message of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine are quite "heavy." "When you face change, adapt." Spoken by my eldest son on Mother's Day - I looked at my niece - and said, "This is so surprising coming from so young a man." With a smile, looking back at me, she said, "Considering whose son he is... not so surprising." Well, ladies and gentlemen, this month's message is all about Embracing change. What's another word for it? Adapt! And the best way to do it? With joy.
Two eclipses have already passed with one to go. Have you suddenly figured out something that has been smoldering for a while? Are you having an "aha" moment? Maybe the issue relates to a long-standing matter about to break loose. There is one catch; your breakthrough may involve a loss.
If your breakthrough comes with a loss (or as a loss), consider doing the "happy dance" now anyway. You know the one, the "you won the lottery" dance! It anchors in the huge benefit that's right behind it to manifest with grace and ease. Embrace with grace! Remember, deciding to receive the loss with a victory dance brings in your happiness much sooner.
If you get the news that your job is been eliminated, start doing the happy dance! It means something way better is on its way to you. Maybe it's self-employment, maybe it's a better job, maybe it's a career change. Hopefully, you will begin to recognize that your "contract" is with the Universe and not some specific employer!
Here's some examples of how this particular set of eclipses could give you an opportunity for radically different change that is far greater than what you would have had if you had clung to the old way. Mother Nature has forest fires that make room for exciting new growth. The owners of a home who have had a flood in their basement get to replace the old furnace as well as clean up their basement and the insurance covers it.
Especially now, no matter what loss you experience over this cycle*, claim it as a benefit. (*Until June 25) Even if you don't know now what that benefit could possibly be. No matter what comes, grieve if you must, then give yourself permission to embrace with grace what follows, even if it is presently unknown.
Big Changes can lead to Huge Benefits
I'm reminded of a story of a woman by the name of Wei Gain Brian who is the creator of Wei East Skincare, one of the fastest-growing beauty brands on Home Shopping Network (as of 2012). She was born in China and now lives just outside of Philadelphia with her husband, son and daughter.
After she received her American education, her father asked her to return to China to help her home country, and to find a way to serve China. In 1993, she moved back to China and brought with her the idea of Western beauty regimes using ancient skin care formulas she learned as a child. Within a few years her cosmetic company, patterned after Avon's person-to-person model, had over 40,000 saleswomen throughout China.
In 1998, five short years later, the Chinese government outlawed direct sales businesses (due to large scale fraud) and overnight she was out of business! It didn't matter that her business was legitimate.
Can you imagine having a law passed that made your whole livelihood and team of employees, along with 40,000 independent consultants like Mary Kay, your country-women you are helping, suddenly illegal? It must've been devastating for her, especially because she'd come back to China to be of service to Chinese women and had built an amazing company that everyone loved.
Better still, she had empowered thousands of Chinese women. Within a few months, her then 10-month-old son was diagnosed with Autism. Although she didn't label it that way at the time, she now knows that she promptly went into a depression, and who wouldn't? The doctors told her there was no hope for her son and for three months she listened to them.
Dissatisfied, she decided find her own answers and began to home school him, changed his diet and worked with him every day. Gradually she could see him growing and changing. One day, she observed herself humming along to a song on the radio and realized for the first time in a long time she was happy!
A few years later, after her son was thriving, a good friend suggested she restart her cosmetic business in the United States. She didn't want to give up her central focus on her son, but realized that if she went on the Home Shopping Network she could devote just one day to filming and reach out to millions of viewers. One year later, the very first time she was on HSN, her product sold out. The third time it happened, she created a business plan. Wei East Skincare is her success story.

Eclipses and Cycles
Remember, eclipses stand for sudden change, and the lunar eclipse coming up on May 24th and 25th occurs over the full moon, which always "sheds light" on that which is hidden. If you have an investment (time, money, friendship) that went south, and the secret is now out, consider this a blessing that you found out now instead of further down the road when you had invested more time or more money.
Think of all the politicians, little or largely known, who have stepped on toes - using wording that was out of sync with the times. Even they should be thankful their public mistakes are not as big as some of the unnoticed mistakes they HAVE made. Or, as one of my older sons said to the youngest, "What's the matter with you? We NEVER got caught!" Truth is, times have changed. We'd better assume that our conversations will be videoed or recorded.

Even though I'm a highly motivated individual, I find using the guide gives me little goals that I can aim for, which helps me be productive when the cycles favor action, and take time off when the cycles recommend a "time out." Whale Dreaming
Sacred Journey

My good friend Annette McCoy and I are doing a "Swim with the Whales" trip from
July 31 to August 5, 2013. Four fortunate individuals will get to join us on this trip.
This is an amazingly intimate experience, sailing the beautiful waters of the
Tongan South Pacific, sleeping on the boat - NATURE at its very best!
...people, whales, coral reefs, the weather... WOW!!!!!
This trip is for 6 days and 5 nights on our catamaran - see the video below.
We'll be at sea with the whales day & night, so we won't miss them when they find us. This is one of two places on the planet where you may swim with the whales.
You will fly into Nuku'alofa, Tonga. Our journey begins and ends in two different islands.
This means your accommodation and meals in Nukualofa ($100 max) prior to boarding the "live-on-board" craft and the return flight from Ha'a pai ($150) is extra.
