Transformational Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Maureen St. Germain. She brings together 25 years of study and research in the mystical traditions. Today, TEI provides consulting, workshops, training, guided meditations CDs, sacred jewelry and related materials.

Background:  Maureen worked as a corporate leader most of her professional career. In 1994 she decided to learn her lessons through love instead of the usual way. Since then, everything changed. She brings 25 years of professional experience into her trainings and workshops. Formerly she was the president of several city-wide agencies. She was also president of an international society with over two thousand professional (doctor) members and has been a fund-raiser and lobbyist. For about eight years she continued her corporate path while building her workshop business on weekends.

She is grateful for her avocation that has allowed her to lead study groups for over 20 years. Her focus has been the teachings of the Essenes, Edgar Cayce, Ascended Masters, and esoteric mysteries from around the world. She has a special connection with the dolphins, Angels, Ascended Masters and Hathors.

AroMandalas & Aromatherapy - Mary Ellen Rayner

Mary Ellen formerly held positions as the manager of a law firm and as the manager of Investor Relations for an international corporation headquartered in San Francisco.

In 1995 she left the corporate arena to search the healing arts for a path that would satisfy her concerns about family genetics that included cancer, heart disease and brain tumors. In the course of these explorations, she earned a Master of Science Degree in Natural Health and also studied Adaptive Mechanisms, CranioSacral Therapy, Integrated Awareness and Zero Balancing.

Today, she focuses on Aromatherapy and has developed an intuitional relationship with essential oils. She is attuned to recognize their gifts in developing blends that express an individual's core essence and support life's many transitions. She believes in and has personally experienced the therapeutic and spiritual value of aromatic oils and how to incorporate them in daily life to soothe the mind, body, spirit; elevate spiritual consciousness; release physical and emotional tensions; and bring elegance and joy into the environment. Her delight is in assisting others to explore their unlimited potential for healing and embrace their inherent gifts celebrating life by introducing them to these powerful elements of nature.

Mary Ellen joined the TEI team in 2005 and collaborates with Maureen St. Germain to create exclusive essential oil blends under the name AroMandalas® as companions for all of the meditation CDs recorded by Maureen along with her manuals and sacred journeys. Mary Ellen and Maureen enjoy a unique relationship and continuing collaboration to introduce leading edge AroMandalas essential blends that contribute to the shift in consciousness and healing for the Planet.

Communications and Database Manager - Leslie Yahia

Leslie Yahia is a first-generation-born native New Yorker of Argentinean and Syrian heritage and speaks fluent Spanish. She is also a graduate of Harvard University's Music Department. After Harvard, Leslie worked on Wall Street as a legal liaison in the Hedge Funds industry at UBS for four years then enrolled in New York University where she is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Music Therapy.

She is a certified Reiki practitioner as well as a well-studied and accomplished artist in the areas of vocals, guitar and bass, painting and sketching. Leslie deeply believes in using the MerKaBa to connect to her higher self and her spiritual guides. Her intuition and strong belief in the importance of MerKaBa meditation led her to work with our TEI team.

Leslie joins forces with her soul sister, Mary Ellen, to assist Maureen in delivering the MerKaBa practice to awaken as many people as possible so that they may truly find their heart's desire and purpose. Leslie can be reached at:

Office Manager - Monica Rios

Monica Rios has over 20 years experience in Human Resource Management. She holds a Masters degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and is certified by the HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources. She was born in Colombia, South America and speaks fluent Spanish.

Monica is a certified Reiki practitioner and has received basic training in Esogetic Colorpuncture. Her lifelong love for Egypt led her to the practice of Egyptian High Alchemy which is a path of personal transformation and illumination. This practice, coupled with her quest to discover and learn the MerKaBa meditation, has led to some very transformative shifts in her life. Monica believes her trip to Egypt in early 2008 led her to our TEI team as it was there that she first saw the Flower of Life on one of the temple walls.

Monica is currently seeking certification in sound/vibrational healing and has studied under several well known sound practitioners.

Monica is responsible for order fulfillment and the administration of Maureen's workshops. Monica, an Indigo Forerunner, joins the TEI team to help promote conscious awareness through Maureen's transformative workshops and spiritually-enhancing products thus resulting in a paradigm shift and the expansion of world consciousness. Logistics Manager - Diane Smith

Diane Smith was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has more than 25 years experience in office administration and is currently overseeing all administration and management of a field office for a large corporation.

She has studied the Inca Medicine Wheel and has her second level in Reiki Healing. Currently she is working on learning about Reflexology. Her creative outlet is knitting blankets and shawls with alpaca wool for friends and family.

She has always believed there is more to life that what one sees. She has spent her life wondering what else is out there and how to find it. A series of synchronistic events lead her to Maureen where she realized a new journey had begun. She believes the information that Maureen teaches is important and everyone should have an opportunity to learn it.
